Multi Reminders is a free program that reminds you of birthdays, bill payments and appointments. You can schedule your reminders periodically (weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) and you can also specify how many days notice to give you. The program checks for reminders every time you startup your computer.
